Turn your non module based radio into 2.4GHz with Assan X8D Hack Module

Now you can turn your non-module based radio into a blazing 2.4GHz. Yes you hear me right. Your non module based radio such as Futaba 6exh can be turn into 2.4Ghz with new Assan X8D hack module. Some work required to make it happen but all you need is some soldering skill and a little bit of electronic know how.

Tenon 450 Video

This is video taken during hovering test of tenon 450 helicopter. Very short video since I forgot to put in memory card into the video cam only depend on the internal memory. The video quality quite bad since we are facing the sun. 

Everything seems OK with this heli. No problem during the initial setup. Everything went smoothly and predictable. Pitch setup is -11,0,11 and can tune up until 13. I have to limit the servos EPA to just -80% to 80% max. No 3D yet since I need to increase the headspeed alittle bit with 12T pinion. 

My setup:

BL motor dragon 3550kv with 11T pinion. (Need 12T pinion for more punch. I dont have 12T in stock)

KDS 800 for gyro

3xHS65MG for servo for pitch and HS56 for tail

60A turnigy ESC.

Tenon-450 Helicopter

WTF!!! it's minititan rip-off

TENON450 I think from Thailand. All CNC and Carbon Fiber construction. It comes with 80% factory assembly. Frame is made from G10 fiber. All tail and head CNC, 2 pieces frame, very simple and rigid design. The size is a bit longer than trex/flasher450 about 1 inc.
Price is very tempting. RM550. very beautiful and look and feel strong.
